The early practitioners were mostly related to beauty, hairdressing and modelling, and there were a lot of short training courses, which created many bridal secretaries and miniature studios. Over the past few years, the phenomenon of obvious oversupply, also found that the traditional wedding photography company closed the door, wedding photography miniature Studio large number of appearance, the appeal has a personal style and tailored wedding photography patterns. In the face of changes in social and family structure, there are subtle changes in wedding photography industry. Based on literature and on wedding photography and studio operators, this study conducted a semi-structured in-depth interview with a case, trying to understand Taiwan's current situation the coincidence between the traditional wedding photography industry and the miniature studio is summarized. The results found that the most important internal core resources of the traditional wedding photography industry "professional talent" loss , mainly for the length of time is not free, coupled with the current stylist compared to the past, need to provide more meta services and paraphernalia to the needs of new people. But there is no obvious change in the company's payment of remuneration and commission, which leads to the decline of the senior stylist and the competitiveness of the experienced stylists. The ability and resources of the senior stylist easy to start their own business in the human cost and other easy to control the situation, become the traditional wedding operators of the competition.
