For enterprise whoever can enhance its service quality, will be become competitively advantage in running business. The business internally functions as coordination in teams’ communication and externally as the bridge between the enterprise and customers, plays the key role in chain activity. Therefore, the quality of the business unit's internal and external services is a key driver of the organization's overall performance. In addition, the value creation of the organization needs to be achieved through cross-departmental division of labor and cooperation, in order to provide good customer service. It is not possible for a single department to fully cope with this, but through the cross-departmental integration support to be achievement. In this study, using S-company as an example to explore how cross-sectoral cooperation, including R & D, quality assurance, health management, manufacturing and other departments to help improve business quality, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and create value, so as to maximize the profits of individual companies; in this study, will discuss the relationship between business functions and enterprise value chain, quality management, customer satisfaction and other issues.
