In response to development, it is necessary to actively consider the relationship between supply chain and organization. It is enough to influence the development advantage of the enterprise organization, how to reduce the risk under the development benefit and analyze the development impact of the link relationship. The evaluation of the work performance is an important process of structuring, and the appropriate management skills are applied within the organizational resources. Paying attention to the resource management of talents, in order to achieve the best production capacity in each link, and to allocate appropriate work items according to different personality characteristics, can improve the satisfaction of their work, plus through timely staff education and training. In order to improve the knowledge and skills of the professional, and simultaneously improve the performance of the work, and then obtain the final cost profit. Based on the questionnaire survey, this study sorts and evaluates the collected questionnaire information, in order to strengthen the establishment of a closer relationship. For the sake of mutual interest, we can improve the quality through two-way cooperation and exchange. The risk behavior can be suppressed and the follow-up maintenance costs of the execution project can be effectively controlled. In general, a feedback mechanism is set up for project management. In the scheduled project schedule and construction cost, the progress of each stage of the project can be examined. The cost savings and control expenditures, and the interface of engineering integration. The relationship between the knots and the synchronization ensures that the quality of the project is properly controlled, promotes the effective implementation of each case, understands the important key aspects of the project, and the level of impact in the organization, and provides the theoretical basis for conducting management.
