Types of chemicals have been introduced, workers may be exposed for improper exposure or they may lack the relevant protection knowledge. Causes on-site workers to suffer chronic hazards such as carcinogenicity and reproductive toxicity. In this study, using the chemical substance of the Occupation Safety Management System as the main axis, CCB grading management as the focus of the information platform website. Collect relevant data and integrate the content of the webpage, and build CCB online implementation. Let users to operate through the information provided on the Material Safety Watch and obtain a suitable control form to enhance the effectiveness of user learning. This research mainly focuses on the issue of multimedia technology, the mxultimedia technology is the use of Dreamweaver CS6 web editing software for web page layout design and application of CSS3, and link MySql database to establish hazardous chemicals information platform website. Finally, use the Google Forms Questionnaire to investigate the use of this site. Various feed-backs were modified to make the website more complete. For surveys that have used this website, the number of questionnaires returned was 104. Each satisfaction level is between 50% and 90%. The advantages of each section are: nice layout, art design, detailed information, clear structure classification, etc. The dis-advantages are: The text is too small, the site is not lively, the text is too much, the source of the sample data, and the historical application record can be enriched. In the future, the direction of improvement of this study will be revised towards practice and webpage design. The study results have been strengthened and can also be used as sup-plementary materials for education and training.
