This study was to use electrospinning technology to prepare nanofibrous filters for the study of respiratory impedance and filtration effects. The nanofibrous filters are made of Polycaprolactone (PCL), Polyethylene oxide (PEO), Chitosan (CS) and Carboxymethl-β-cyclodextrin (Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin) (CM-β-CD). PCL/PEO/CS nanofibrous filter was first prepared by electrospinning and then some of the nanofibrous filter was sprayed by electrospraying of CM-β-CD. In the XRD analysis, there were crystallization peaks of PCL and PEO. In the analysis of TGA, the sample of adding 0.5 grams of CS has higher decomposition temperature. From SEM, the average diameter of the fiber was between 100 nm and 200 nm. In the test of impedance and filtration effect of the nanofibrous filter, the addition of CS can effectively improve the filtration effect. Nien,Yu-Hsun 粘譽薰 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
