The significance of tourism is not just sightseeing, but to leave one’s life and taste something of this world multifarious possibilities Under Experience Economy, visitors pay attention to personal experience, and such experience, no longer takes a walk, but become into “a component”, which lead to the development of a "Tours and Activities". The industry has a special itinerary to be sold on the site, then visitors can choose activities what they want to join, according to individual. In addition to the Tours and Activities site, due to changes in consumption habits and technological progress, Taiwan's current innovative tourism can be divided into four categories: products, technology, tools, community. This case study is about Niceday, a travel e-commerce platform with Experience Economy concept. Through Data collection and interviews I got know the operating status of Niceday and through interviewing customers realize their needs. The purpose of this study is to understand the status and development of domestic Tours and Activities website and make a suggestion for improvement.
