Summary:碩士 === 元培醫事科技大學 === 醫務管理系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences and relevance between stroke patients and non-stroke people in Hsinchu area of Taiwan. The questionnaires were used to analyze and assess the physical activity, sleep quality, health literacy, mental health, and physical health of the two groups. The research method is mainly based on a case-control study to conduct a questionnaire survey. The stroke group access 292 cases, and form the stroke patients in a regional hospital in Hsinchu. The health group access 450 cases, and had no history of stroke, lives in the Taiwan Hsinchu community. We use The Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition (BDI-II), Physical Activity Questionnaire (PQA), Health Literacy Questionnaire, Ministry of Health Investigation on National Health Promotion Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior in Taiwan year 91 and Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to collect the data in our study. SPSS for Windows 19.0 was used to analysis data. We use descriptive statistics to presented demography, sleep quality, physical activity, physical health, mental health and health literacy, and use Chi-square test for inferential statistics, the result that has significant resultsis are that the stroke group “mostly dosen't have income”, 90% of the stroke patient “Has not been given medical-related training before”, also have more smoking habits, feels that the physical health condition is “unhealthy", and worse then last year, and has more “Chronic disease”. The score of the questionnaire “Average monthly income", “Self-evaluation social classes”, and “Health Literacy” stroke group is lower than the health group. The health group has better “physical activity habit”, better “sleeping condition”, “does not take sleeping pills” and over half of the health group income is over 3 million. We use t-test to analysis the differents between the two groups physical health, mental health, sleep quality, physical activity, and health literacy, the result showed that “The physical health of the health group is better than the stroke group”, “The sleep quality of the healthy group is better than the stroke group”, “The physical activity of the health group is better than the stroke group”, and “The health literacy of the health group is better than the stroke group”. The result of this study shows the difference between physical health, mental health, sleep quality, physical activity, and health literacy, in stroke patients and non-stroke patients, we wish to provide the results of this study to the government, relevant prevention and treatment units, making storke having a better and accurate prevention strategies to achieve early detection and the goal of prevention and the vision of national health promotion for the entire people.
