This requires multiple professional fields. They including social welfare, medical care and education. The demand for early- stage treatment services are diverse and wide-ranging, and the ability of family caregivers to link with early-stage treatment-related resources was mixed.
Therefore, if information technology-based communication is available. This can improve the quality of services, tailoring science technology to meet the needs of young children with special needs.
Today's "cloud platform’’ care service is an innovation in health care services that integrates health care, social welfare, information and communications. Under the current trend of aging society, declining birthrate and technological advancement, the government and various medical institutions use information technology to provide digital health care and actively promote distance care services. This enable daily routines to be monitored remotely and reduce the financial burden on the family and state.
Question: why then are there no such services available in relation to early intervention? Method : Therefore, this research will highlight how an integrate cloud-based services could positively affect the parental role/ care giver in dealing with the effect of special needs children. Purpose : This service world integrates parental and caregiver services enabling all those who need assistance to access it on a universal basis via the online cloud service. The ultimate goal would be to provide a distance cloud-based service that can provide a holistic approach to dealing with children with special needs and ensuring an early intervention by all agencies to ensure that the child receives the best outcome possible.
