Because of the reduction of resources and the increase of limitations, enterprises all over the world show their determination of pursuing sustainable development by expending the scale. Thus, the upsurge of M & A continues and has no trend of recession. In addition, as international depots transfer their focus to the production of electronic vehicles, the upgrading of electronic products in the markets of industry, internet and medical will cause the growth of demands in multiple for passive components in the future. Therefore, the passive component industry in Taiwan which has been vulnerable for a long time, now can be ranked to the top of the list in the world through activities of integration and M & A since 2000. This research mainly focuses on the passive component inductor factory in Taiwan, collects information from successful M&A cases of passive component industries, analyzes and reviews the environment of M & A to understand the competitive situation of the Molding Choke industry. Data of the case that C company merged and acquired M company were collected to conduct analyses and discussions: The expectation of this research is to comprehend related information, such as the reasons and process, of the M & A in Molding Choke industry. And take the case of C company and M company as the research object to understand the influence before and after the merger. Furthermore, this research also tries to figure out what are the considerations and key success factors in the M & A of passive components.
