In response to the booming development of electronics industry and the rise of logistics industry, this business case study seeks out the advantages of the key activities, key resources, and key partners for warehousing and logistics case company’s cross-value chain which integrates e-commerce companies by the analysis of the business model. Through the integration and expansions of resources, the case company which originally focused on BTOB distribution and third-party logistics has been transformed into the warehousing and logistics company which can provide delivery services for e-commerce companies and can undertake regional BTOC distribution. When enterprise management encounters challenges, they can find another way of cross-industry value chain by using the business model analysis. It’s not only beneficial to warehousing and logistics industries, but also greatly helpful in enterprise transformation.
