Anodes were prepared by mixing IrO2 powder, Nafion with the weight ratio of 1: 1, 1 : 0.5, 1 : 0.1 and 1 : 0.05, respectively. Cathode was prepared by mixing Pt/C powder, Nafion with the weight ratio of 1: 0.5. Metal loadings were 0.26 mg cm-2 of Pt at cathode and 1.5 mg cm-2 of IrO2 at anode, respectively. Membrane was Nafion®212. Activation area of MEA was 6.25 cm2. Membrane electrode assemblies were prepared using CCM method. The i-V curves were obtained at 30, 40, 60 and 80℃. It was found that the MEA prepared in the weight ratio of 1 : 0.5 had the best performance. 1.0 A cm-2 of current density was obtained at 80℃, 1.8 V.
