博士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to find out different patterns of grassroots innovation under the circumstances of clustering and sustainable development of Micro-enterprises (MIEs). The research object is the 7 clusters of MIEs in Taiwan. This study collects data through interviews, secondary data, observation and expert meeting etc. Research findings: 1.This study summarizes the types of driving force for the four types of micro-enterprise clusters, and promotes the sustainable development of micro-enterprise grassroots innovation. 2.This study proposes a model of grassroots innovation for micro-enterprise cluster. Finally, this study propose a grassroots innovations and sustainable development model for micro-enterprise cluster. The study proposes to give government policies, and advice to cluster counseling, and future research.
