It is expected to enrich the research data in related field by exploring how relationships between leaders and team members influence the relationships among team members. Taking nursing teams in Taiwan as samples, the questionnaires were all issued in paper, and were collected effective responses from 22 teams, 22 leaders and 175 members in total. The calculation method uses triads of one leader and two team members to obtain 448 data samples. This study uses hierarchical regression analysis to test the main effects and moderating effects in the research. The result indicates three facts. (1)There is a statistically significant negative correlation between the differences of LMX and TMX. (2)Task Interdependence has moderating effects on the differences of LMX and TMX. (3)Authoritarianism doesn't have moderating effects on the differences of LMX and TMX Finally, these findings will be contributed to make an approach to academic research, management connotations, study limits and future research directions.
