Summary:碩士 === 真理大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士班 === 107 === The aim of this study is to discuss Food & Beverage Service Quilty and Customer Satisfaction of Missionary House. A total of 392 questionnaires reliability analysis , descriptive statistics , t-test , one way analysis( ANOVA) , Scheffe's multiple test. The results showed that most of the customers are married , female , 41 to 50 years older , Northern Areas and college education. The service qualities of Missionary House complimented most by th customer are “The architectural appearance of the restaurant is attractive”, “A comfortable and easy-to-move dining environment” , which shows that customers are agreement with the catering space and atmosphere provided by the Historaunt on Missionary House. In addition , the results found that the degree of satisfaction “ The atmosphere makes me happy ”and “ I am satisfied with the service ” , which shows that customers are satisfied with the environment and service of the Historaunt on Missionary House.
