Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 心理學系研究所 === 107 === In the age of advanced technology and the popularity of 3C products, Internet has long been inseparable from people's lives. We do all sorts of things on web pages or websites by Internet. The most common problems encountered in operating web pages are that the web page buttons are not clear enough, and the web page button operations are difficult. Therefore, this study explored the population stereotype and button affordances on web page buttons. The study was divided into two experiments. In experiment 1, the authors used common website buttons to investigate population stereotype and graphs, and conducted a questionnaire survey through the online questionnaire SurveyCake. Experiment 1summarized the guidelines for designing web page buttons and used the guidelines to design website for the experiment 2 . In experiment 2, two websites were created by Wix. One website was designed under the conditions of the guidelines, and the other was not. The anonymous operations were performed via the network. After the operations were completed, both the system usability scale (System Usability Scale, SUS) and the questions of author's proposed button scores were completed. The study found that the website designed by the guidelines, whether it is the SUS score and the button score, was significantly higher than the website designed without the guidelines. Through this study, designers can achieve better user experience based on these button design guidelines.
