However, if security of internet isn't strong enough, crime and delinquency will misuse internet for its' own gain. Such as exploit internet users' legal rights, sell illegal products and service, and even access to classified government information. Nowadays, cyber crime and delinquency are vastly growing which benefit from not only internet but also increasing accessibility of smart tech. Looking into the data published by National Police Agency (Taiwan), we could figure out that though law enforcement attempts to tackle the growing issue, criminal numbers continue to grow and taking advantage of the anonymity of the internet. Finding the proper solution to keep cyber crime and delinquency from growing is this paper's purpose. After compare essays' perspective, considering there 3 efficient method are worthy to do. Firstly, asking online platforms provide best effort to reduce illegal content from spread. Secondly, to review and reenforce the elements of crimes of the Infringement of Computer Usage. Finally, promote authorities' capacity of prosecute cyber crime and delinquency.
