One of the most important reason is the impact of capitalism globalization. Many Important issues like globalization financial crisis, capitalist exploitation, the decline of state sovereignty are not comprehensive understood by Westphalian state system principle. Therefore Marxism plays an important role in analyzing the relationship between state and capitalism. Orthodox Marxism claims that necessity of capitalism development and the priority of productive force to productive relation. It presupposes that rationality of human and the mechanism history. But does history of human develop in one way by capitalism? I will discuss the relationship between state and capitalism from Political Marxism(PM). PM claims that the process of feudalism transit to capitalism is not a common process for human. We should consider of class struggle factor in the transition of feudalism to capitalism and the political, social implication of productive relation not only priority of productive force. In this paper, we get two conclusions from Ellen Wood and Lacher and Teschke. One is that capitalism needs state system by Wood, and another is the relationship of capitalism and state system is contingent by Lacher and Teschke. I will outline our paper in Ch1. Then I will introduce what is PM and criticize PM’s main idea in Ch2. The Ch3 is that Wood, Lacher and Teschke’s discussion about state system. Ch4 is our main part for criticizing their points. Ch5 is our conclusion. I will discuss and criticize their points. Kuo, Yu-Chun 郭祐輑 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW
