Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 經濟系國際經濟學研究所 === 107 === This paper examines the relationship between the CEO's foreign experience (working experience and education) and compensation. The sample was collected from Taiwan Economic Journal (TEJ) database and includes listed companies in Taiwan from 2008 to 2016. Our results find that the compensation premium could be attributed to relationships with foreign experience rather than management skills.
