The information is too large and will cause information overload. In the hotel commentary research, For example, Tripadvisor.com, although the website has the function of sorting dates, it still can't effectively distinguish the comments that you need. Some scholars put forward summaries and comment stars to speed up the review of comments. This study uses charts to speed up users' browsing. Reduce the feeling of fatigue after using the website to find products. The purpose of this study is to provide the required comments through the chart, reducing the time users spend searching for hotel reviews and making them more efficient. Therefore, this study compares the original Tripadvisor.com website, and hopes to increase the application of the chart through this study, providing users with faster search for comments. The method of generating charts in this study is divided into four stages, collecting comments and data pre-processing; constructing six types of hotel feature dictionary; classifying sentences and calculating sentiment scores, and finally constructing charts embedded in the website. Thirty-six subjects who used the Tripadvisor.com website were recruited to conduct experiments to assess whether the old and new interfaces would affect the number of answers and how long it would take to find an answer.
