Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理系研究所 === 107 === Based on the theory of Planned Behavior, this study explores the factors that influenced people's usage intention of mobile payments. The research model also includes mobile payment facet (mobility and convenience), attitude belief facet (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and compatibility), and security. A total of 263 valid responses were collected by online questionnaire survey for further analyses. The results showed that convenience had a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, and security had positive impacts on attitude; and attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control had positive impacts on usage intention.
