Therefore, busy hospitals are more suitable for using digital learning to provide a better preview environment for employees and interns. Few studies have evaluated the success or effectiveness of digital learning systems in an organizational setting. This study uses the information system success model and integrates the deconstructive plan behavior theory framework to explore the situational factors of technology, personnel, organization and location, and explore the changes in willingness to use in different use situations. The learner actually participates in the learning method and conducts the test results, and then verifies the hypothesis by questionnaire. Medical personnel are the largest part of the hospital's professionals. In the past, research has rarely focused on the use of different digital learning types in medical staff. The results of this study found that technology, personnel, and organizations are using digital The use intentions of learning have significant results, and the intention to use has significant results for performance.
