Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === The purpose of this research is to understand the impacts and any significant differences between shareholder system and membership system related to both members and shareholders’ interests of golf membership nowadays in Taiwan . By using case study of Tashee Golf Course ownership transfer dispute to understand the problem in membership system and advise possible correction.The research is divided into three sections: (1)using the return data of shareholder system and membership system in Taiwan to conduct samples analysis and estimate the population status. (2)using the operating breakeven frequency of shareholder system and membership system in Taiwan to conduct samples analysis and estimate the population status.(3)The case study of Tashee Golf Course using Interview method from Tashee Golf Course Recover Commission member to analysis and discussion, the final conclusions and suggestions .The major results are summarized as following:There was no significant difference among both members and shareholders’ interests between shareholder system and membership system . Analyzing the cases of Tashee Golf Course shows that the problem of golf course in Taiwan as follow :hight membership margin , member usufruct interest safeguard after ownership transfer , problem of administration fee , percentage of shares of shareholder system golf course .
