In order to study this possibility, this paper investigated the source of the stress of firefighters through the questionnaire and its relationship with workload, role conflicts, job involvement, and workplace happiness. The study conducted 200 questionnaires for the firefighters in Keelung. Statistical methods such as validity and regression analysis were performed. The research results are as follows: i. Workload: In the questionnaire survey, the workload of firefighters was found to accumulate by factors such as tight work attitude, long working hours, floating shifts, heavy workload, etc. ii. Role conflict: When the workload is excessive in a long time, the role conflicts and time conflicts make firefighters feel overwhelmed. iii. Job involvement: Firefighters are more willing to focus on their work when wages and rewards match their payment. iv. Workplace happiness: If government does not give them enough returns, it will affect the firefighter’s workplace happiness. The fundamental source of work stress is excessive workload, which also causes firefighters to face role conflicts and job involvement. Therefore, it is feasible to reduce the workload and improve the working environment by using automated machinery. CHEN,YAN-HONG 陳燕鴻 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW |
