碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程系 === 107 === The Sports Law of Taiwan states that schools should choose their ownunique Sport for the talented students.As sport teams,employ teachers orcoaches to do the training work.But,those spot teams meet difficulty to getp roper human resources,equipment,field,policy and funds.More seriously,many excellent tchouk ball players in primary school can’t keep on practicing in the future. The main purpose of my research is to discuss the development of the tchoukball sport team representing Yunlin County,and also to explore the factors which effect the managementof the sport team.My syudy adoptsquestionnaire investigation to obtain data concerned.The research objects include the teachers,students and coaches participated in the tchoukball championships of Yunlin County ,from 2016 to 2018. The conclusions of my study are as follow: 1.It is thanks to the teachers ,coaches,principal and social resources thoseestablished the tchoukball sport team representing Yunlin County. 2.Most tchoukball sport team coaches are also schoolteachers. 3.The selection of tchouk ball players is based on personal interest,support from family ,good behaviour or being a tchouk ball player. 4.The best tchouk ball players are from the teachers or the coac hes’recommand. 5.Most time ,the tchouk ball sport team presenting Yunlin County make thetraining in the morning, and sometimes after school. They practice 5 days aweek,1~2 hours everyday. 6.The sport team practice during winter vacation and summer vacation ,but not on weekends. 7.The factors effect the management of the sport team are as follow:The coaches, the players, the administrative support, finance problems, the players’ parents, the government policy, etc. According to this questionnaire investigatio n, most reponders think “The government can help the tchoukball players continue to study and finish further education” is the most important, and than,”Coaches must have tchoukball skills” and”To get the principal’s support”. 8.All responders ,almost have the same idea about the effecting factors. 9.Differend kind of schools have obvious different idea on”Administric support” 10.The scale of a shool obviously effects the factor “Players”. The bigger schools think “The players” is more important.
