Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院碩士學位學程在職專班資訊管理組 === 107 === Abstract This study investigated online communities regarding housing purchase. Precisely, we aimed to understand the influence of important community roles on discussion threads in order to offer suggestions for real estate managers to engage in online communities. The research targets were selected online discussion threads regarding New Taipei City’s housing under the subcategory of Northern Taiwan Housing under the Home category of the Mobile01 platform. The analyzed variables included the number of participants in a discussion thread, the history of discussion thread, the original posters’ posting proportions and posting frequencies, and the top posters' posting proportions and posting frequencies. Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression modeling were used to examine the relations among study variables. The conclusion is as follows: (a) The total number of participants in an online discussion thread positively affected the history of the online discussion thread. (b) Posting frequencies of top posters had a negative effect on the history of discussion thread. (c) Posting frequencies and proportions of original posters may lead to shortened history of online discussion threads.
