Facing with high unit price aircraft operations, poor working environment, and the situation that completing ground work requires continuous enrichment and operation of various aircraft equipment education and training, this study mainly focuses on exploring the relevance of organizational commitment, education and work performance. The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey, and the samples were taken from aviation ground staff. Through the Internet and social media and familiar aviation ground staff to assist in the transmission of the questionnaire, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed by convenient sampling method, 330 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 94.3%. The SPSS statistical analysis software was used to verify the research hypothesis through reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, difference analysis, and regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows: Fist of all, education and training have a significant positive impact on job performance. Second, education training has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. Third, work performance has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. Moreover, organizational commitment, education and work performance have positive effects.
