The subjects of the study are the airport ramp staff from Taiwan Airport Service Company and Evergreen Airline Services Corporation, two major ground handling companies in Taipei Songshan International Airport. This investigation altogether provides questionnaire 212, the actual recovery of 212 copies, of which 9 invalid questionnaires, for an effective questionnaire returns-ratio, is 95.75%. Independent sample T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, and Canonical Correlation Analysis are used to obtain the following findings: 1. Different demographic variables (gender, age, education level, place of work, marital status) have no significant differences in work stress except marital status. 2. There are no significant differences in quality of life among different demographic variables (gender, age, education, place of work, marital status). 3. The ground staff’s work stress has a significant negative correlation with the quality of life (QOL)
