A large amount of stored data has evolved into real-time data, as the information can be uploaded and updated right away. This level of digitization is spreading across many industries. Cloud storage is valuable for saving data on the internet. It assists customers by providing convenience and data retention, thus drastically changing the way people use the internet. Additionally, the popularity of cloud storage is constantly rising due to the flexibility of accessing and editing resources. It achieves cost-effective management of the technical infrastructure. Customers can access their data through the internet, from any location, at any time, and on any device after they upload their data to cloud storage. Many software service suppliers are now able to provide information to their customers in a more efficient and timely manner in comparison with traditional methods. Through the cloud storage system, it not only conserves resources by going paperless, but it also increases the efficiency of processing data through saving quantitative data in a convenient and systematic way. This study is based on the technology acceptance model and it surveyed people who use cloud storage and therefore could understand the content of the questionnaire as the research object.The pre-test reliability analysis questionnaire received 66 responses, and the overall questionnaire had 204 responses. This analytical data for the investigation was used to examine the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and user Satisfaction of using a cloud storage system.
