Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系 === 107 === For a long time, the military hospital took care of the military medical care as the main task, and took the defense affairs budget as the main financial source,However, since the opening of national health insurance and the opening of civilian clinics in national military hospitals, both militaryl and ordinary citizens can choose national military hospitals or civilian medical institutions. Higher selectivity also means more competition. Therefore, operating performance needs to be improved to achieve self-sufficiency and reduce the financial burden of national defense. This study will explore the performance evaluation of national military hospital in Taiwan by using data envelopment analysis,Therefore, data envelopment analysis was used to compare the operational performance of military hospitals in Taiwan by using CCR(Chames, Cooper & Rhodes) and BCC(Banker, Charnes& Cooper) models, guaranteed area method, difference variable method and Malmquist productivity index,This study found that the operational performance of the three armed forces general hospital was relatively good, and the overall trend of the military hospital was increasing year by year during the study period,Therefore, through the conclusion of this study, provide as reference in planning the future direction of the relevant units.
