| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand the current condition of school volunteer management, the relationship between the volunteer team and manager’s management experience, the working development process of a volunteer team and leaders, and the challenges of running a volunteer team, as well as appropriate coping strategies. The researcher conducts a qualitative study by means of a thematic analysis, interviews and interpretative case research in order to explore the reasons for enrolling, volunteer work experience, the relationship between the management experience and the team, and the challenges they encounter along with their coping strategies. Semi-structured interviews are selected as a means of collecting data from six former and current volunteer team leaders. The findings show that most volunteer team members or leaders are willing to take part in a school’s volunteer work because their children attend the school and the major reason they leave the team is related to economic issues.
