A Study on Job Stress and Job burnout on Junior High School Physical Education Teachers in New Taipei City

碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 107 === This study was conducted to reveal the relationship between job stress and job burnout, sampling from the junior high school physical education teachers in New Taipei City from 27 different middle schools. Originally, a totally of 265 surveys were issued; 265 surveys were returned, but 18 were incomplete, resulting a total of 247 effective surveys, an effective rate of 93.2%. Using SPSS for Windows, descriptive statistics and distribution, this research has used t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe Method, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation for data analysis. Here the results of the analysis: The consciousness level for job stress is lower-middle for physical education teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City. 1. The consciousness level for job burnout is lower-middle for physical education teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City. 2. Obvious differences are found in job stress by gender, age, marriage status, teaching experience, position, education level, education type, and coach position in physical education teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City. 3. Obvious differences are found in job burnout by age, marriage status, teaching experience, position, education level, and coach position in physical education teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City. No significant differences are found in job burnout by gender, and education type in physical education teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City. 4. Job stress and job burnout are positively correlated in physical education teachers of junior high school in New Taipei City.
