The use of information shortens time and space, reduces error rate and improves efficiency, and reduces labor consumption. Improve the quality and quantity of human resource management. Whether the employee uses the service system will affect the employee's willingness to use the service system because of different ages, education levels, work experience or the operational convenience of the service system. Based on the technology acceptance model, this study uses the SPSS statistical software verification research hypothesis to explore the willingness and satisfaction of employees in a business unit to use the logistics system. In the case study and suggested, it is suggested that the enterprise unit can strengthen the education and training of the duty system, and have the teaching of review and new project operation. The staff can make suggestions and exchange opinions with the enterprise unit during the education and training, which can improve the application of the duty system. Sexuality can also enhance the unity of employees and business units.
