It has become a modern architectural feature and urban land use. It is quite dense, and the use of buildings is also moving toward multi-purpose use and multi-functional use. The probability of disasters is relatively high, and the risk of disasters is also increasing. In order to Qrespond to the trend of the times, we must effective EWDGly reduce the damage caused by fires to buildings and people to ensure the safety of people's lives and property, so as to achieve fire risk control of the subject matter. Therefore, this study first collects literature and expert questionnaires. Relevant literatures also summarize the building function and fire equipment evaluation indicators, and then use the decision making laboratory method Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method to establish the building function and fire equipment system structure model. Based on the building fire risk module proposed by Tian Yu-min (2008), this study examines the relationship between building function and fire equipment module, and the influence of facet and criterion. The research object is an expert in the field of firefighting. The development of the questionnaire is based on the Tian Yu-min building fire risk module and the development of the building function and fire protection equipment module. A total of 20 questionnaires were sent out and 20 valid questionnaires were issued. The findings of the study found that the "floor height", "fire load capacity" and "automatic fire extinguishing system" were the three most influential factors in the construction of the building function and fire service equipment system structure; "Device health" is the main affected facet. Therefore, this study summarizes five conclusions: First, the use of DEMATEL analysis method, the analysis of the results of the relationship; Second, should pay attention to the phenomenon caused by the height of the floor, showing a very high degree of impact on fire risk management; Third, reduce the amount of fire to achieve Reduce the violent fire to increase the evacuation time of the people; Fourth, the automatic fire extinguishing system should keep pace with the times; Fifth, make good use of the manual fire extinguishing system to kill the fire growth stage in the early stage. Therefore, this study suggests that the fire protection industry should reduce fire risk management from: "prevention is better than cure", "promoting fire safety awareness, doing fire risk management", "software and hardware factors combined analysis, building a better fire" The risk management structure is started in three aspects.
