碩士 === 長榮大學 === 職業安全與衛生學系碩士班 === 107 === Workers at various types of workplace may subject to musculoskeletal disorders due to poor posture, excessive exertion and frequency of operation. In this study, the musculoskeletal questionnaire was conducted for the health care service workers using the "Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire" (NMQ) recommended by the Ministry of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Guideline for Ergonomic Prevention. The musculoskeletal disorder in shoulder, neck and lower back are serious among health care service workers. The gender, age, job position, seniority, workload, rest period, various hand movement and injury history are corresponding to pains in various parts of body. Statistical interactions of age, BMI, seniority and job position on the musculoskeletal disorders are observed for upper body. For pains in lower body, the interactions of age, BMI and workload are important. For workers with injury history, gender, age and working mood are impact factors on the occurrence of musculoskeletal injuries in body parts except elbow, wrist, hip and thigh as well as feet and ankles.
