While in business world, executives start from visions, and supported by market and systematic thinking. (2)Organizational Structure: Both military and business leaders focused on systematic thinking upon organizational structure, leadership and team cooperation, and adjusted through support by creative and market-oriented thinking. (3)Organizational Resource/Competence: Both military and business leaders start from creative thinking in handling organizational resource/competence, and adjusted through support by systematic and market-oriented thinking according to organizational technique and market state. (4)External Variables / Market and Technology Fluctuation: Both military and business leaders focused on market-oriented and creative thinking facing external variables / market and technology fluctuation. Additionally, military leaders will combine governmental resources and competence to develop domestic defense-related affairs from systematic thinking. Keywords: Military Tactic Thinking, Strategy Thinking, Strategy Making, Grounded Theory. Chuang,Li-Ming 莊立民 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 144 zh-TW
