Under the influence of development, the Committee of the Ministry of the Interior had deliberated and adopted the “main plan for the change of the Shezidao area in Shilin District, Taipei City” until 2018, which considered the special geographical environment of Shezi Island, so as to create a complete and suitable living and rest environment. At the same time, it adopts the overall development mechanism, which also takes “ecological Shezidao Island” and sustainable development as the most important subject. Through the configuration of the “overall planning of ecological landscape” in Shezi Island in this study, it is called the original configuration (OR). In addition, the configuration after changing some of the configuration content is called comparative configuration (CH). As for the height, it is set to the height limit allowed to be built on the street. On the basis of the statistics of prevailing wind direction of Shezi Island, it caries out the numerical simulation analysis of different wind profile heights (such as1.5m, 12m, 40m, 60m) according to Cradle(scSTREAM), so as to understand the impact of configuration change, land use zoning and height control on the wind field of Shezi Island, as well as the effect of the prevailing wind direction to pedestrian activities, the height change of buildings and the surrounding wind fields. According to the simulation results, it shows that the range A of the original configuration (OR) blocks the flow of incoming wind between the atrium, since most of the single buildings are more than 14m deep, the distance between the buildings is too small and due to the influence of the configuration of the building. However, range B is easy to block the wind due to the configuration of L-type and linear type, which makes it difficult for the wind to enter the atrium, so the wind field of the atrium is generally not good. According to the simulation of comparative allocation of (CH), it shows that it improves many deficiencies in the original configuration of (OR). From the street configuration and control measures in the “overall planning of ecological landscape”, it considers most of the wind environment, in which the northwest wind is the best in the prevailing wind direction, followed by the southeast wind and the northerly wind, while the wind field of VH=1.5m~12m has little variation. Since the depth of the building is too large, it is not only easy to produce dark room and poor lighting, but also unfavorable to ventilation. As a result, the configuration should be designed as concave and convex atrium that is ventilated, which should be beneficial to the formation of settlement effect after the wind passing through the channel or across the roof, and should form the tubular wind between the atrium, so as to improve the comfort and health of the environment, save energy, reduce carbon and exhaust gas, and so on.
