Description
Summary:碩士 === 經國管理暨健康學院 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 107 === With the rapid changes in society, the change in family structure and the increase in double-income families, the children of small families face the dilemma of nobody to care children after school. Therefore, parents begin to consider which institutions can care children safetly, and after-school care services arise. Since the preschool is a department of the entire social structure, its existence is originally in response to the role of the women. Because of the women work out of the house, the lack of care of the children to provide professional services, and the responsibility of the family cannot be exhausted. At the same time, there are more and more nuclear families in the process of children's growth, and the number of single-parent families has increased. This phenomenon shows that the needs of school-age children are lack of care and the demand for after-school care services are increased. This research method uses literature review, expert interviews and questionnaire surveys. The implementation of the study has reviewed by the relevant literature, and interviewed by experts and used as questionnaires. Educators sampled the questionnaire and 200 questionnaires were sent. The effective recovery rate was 94%. We used SPSS 22.0 for data analysis, statistical analysis, single factor analysis of variance and related analysis and other statistical methods. The brief results of this study are as below: 1. The demographic variables of the respondents in this study have a significant impact on finance, customers, internal processes and learning and growth. 2. The main dimensions of this study have a significant positive correlation, showing a high degree of consistency in finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. At the end of the study, it is also suggested that the operators should take care of these four dimensions after the operation of the children's class. At the same time, it is necessary to make these facets in place to help the development of the after-school care.
