The poor quality nano silver disperse with chemical surfactants additive decreased the antibacterial performance of products. In the case of nano silver disperse of a factory, the nano silver disperse was produced in the pure water and no solvent additive with a green process design. The nano products presents a narrow particle size distribution and sphere shape. The antibacterial performance were confirmed by the SGS with the E Coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas, Candida albicans, and Candida albicans antibacterial testing. In this investigation, the comparison with a factory nano silver products and other commercial products were made by DLS, TEM and UV- vis spectrum analysis. The conclusions of those comparisons were made as following: 1. The concentration and particle size of commercial products are not inaccurate. 2. The chemicals and surfactant additive were added into products. 3. Large different in the specification and price. 4. Nano silver ion products disturbed the market. 5. Nano silver particle disperse product is difficult to scale up. It is concluded that the products of factory a can be competed with the commercial products and presented a good antibacterial quality for application.
