Objectives: 1. To explore the effects of electric massager massage on sympathetic nerve activity in adult men and women.2.to explore the effect of adult male and female electric massage massage on parasympathetic nerve activity. 3. Perform a differential analysis to assess whether there is an increase in autonomic neurophysiological activity. METHODS:This study adopted a comparative study design before and after experimental intervention. The electronic foot massager was used as a massage instrument to measure the heart rate, heart rate variability, and autonomic nerve activity before and after intervention by electronic foot massager. Function, sympathetic activity, parasympathetic activity. Results: After the experiment, the heart rate decreased by 3.4 times, the rate of change was -4.62%. After the experiment, the low-frequency power ratio increased by 6.6 nu, the rate of change was 14.13%, and the low-frequency power ratio increased by .552 after the experiment. The rate of change was 40.1%. The statistical results were significantly different. After the experiment, the standard deviation of heart rate variability decreased by 8.2 ms2, and the rate of change was -12.5%. After the experiment, the high frequency power ratio decreased by 4.6 nu, and the rate of change was -10.97%. There was a change but the statistical results did not reach significant difference. Conclusion:1.The results showed that the implementation of electric massager massage increased sympathetic nerve activity. 2.The implementation of electric massager massage parasympathetic activity decreased less than statistically significant differences. 3.The results showed that the implementation of electric massager massage increased autonomic nervous activity.
