碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 107 === In recent years, the proportion of domestic tourism in the country has gradually increased, and there is more demand for domestic natural resources, culture and landscape. Shoushan National Nature Park is the first national natural park,which is rich in ecological resources such as flora and fauna and geological landscape. The purpose of this study is to 1. Understand the current status of visitors participating in the guided tour of the Shoushan National Natural Park. 2. Understand the differences between different tourist demographics in explaining guidance and interpretation ability, service quality, interpretation skills. 3. Understand the relevance of the guide to explain guidance and interpretation ability, service quality, interpretation skills. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among tourists from the Shoushan National Natural Park. A total of 425 questionnaires were distributed by random sampling. The number of valid questionnaires was 400, and the effective recovery ratio of questionnaire was 94.11%. The results of the study found that the number of tourists surveyed was mostly female, the proportion of the age was 30-39 years old, the service industry was the most, the education level was the most, the personal monthly income was NT 20000-30000 dollars, and the companion was friends.Different ages, occupations, education, monthly income, peer nature and number of visits have significant differences in guidance and interpretation ability, service quality, interpretation skills. Guidance and interpretation ability and service quality are positively correlated, service quality and interpretation skills are positively correlated, and guidance and interpretation ability and interpretation skills are also positively correlated.
