Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 107 === Nowadays, due to the uncontrollable factors and increase in demand from the upper hierarchy, there are more pressure for soldiers. It is common that one seek for supports from colleagues, family, friends … etc to release stress so to increase work productivity. When the strategies and policies are being planned and constructed by Ministry of National Defense, the upper hierarchy should understand the needs and wants, such as working environment, pay, and promotion opportunities, of the entry-level soldiers. Hence it is important to understand that whether the soldiers are satisfied with their work and whether their satisfaction will affect their patriotism in order to increase the work efficiency. This thesis is about the support system and satisfaction of soldiers in the Ping Dong base camp. There are total of 360 surveys, among them 333 of the surveys are valid, and the overall response rate is 92.5%. All the responses are calculated by SPSS system, using methods such as statistics, T-test, variance analytics, correlation analytics, regression analytics and more to come to conclusions below: 1. The support system has a positive effect on overall work satisfaction 2. There are enough psychological capital and has shown a positive effect. 3. Support system has had an positive influence towards work satisfaction. Lastly, I will be giving recommendations according to the result.
