Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 機電工程研究所 === 107 === Implant denture treatment is currently a very popular dental treatment. According to statistics, there are more than 30 million dental implants a year in Taiwan, and is No.1 in the world. Dental implant technology is also becoming more and more mature and the success is rate over 90%. How to make implants last longer and reduce failure are very important issues in dentistry. Most people prefer European or American brands. This has caused the prices increased outrageously. The cost reduction becomes a very important issue. The structure of the implant contains several parts: crown, screw, abutment and implant. It costs tens of thousands dollars to fix a tooth. This thesis is the first study of a series research to look for a substitution to lower the implant cost without sacrificed the quality. This investigation consists of 4 parts: The first part involves the measurement of concentricity and the direct dimensional measurement of the internal hexagon. In the second part, rotational freedom of titanium abutments is studied. In the third part, the abutment is tested for fracture resistance under constant velocity loading, and the last part, fitting accuracy is studied. According the studied all the data are very similar, we do not see any quality difference between domestic and imported products.
