Therefore, we synthesize cadmium indium sulfide (CdIn2S4) photocatalyst and use this catalyst to degrade bisphenol A (BPA) in water under visible light irradiation. It was found that the degradation rate of BPA can reach 96% after 24hr of irradiation. The effects of various parameters, such as the amount of the photocatalyst, pH of the system, concentration of BPA and presence of anions have been studied. Besides, we explore the main active substance (h+,•OH, O2•−) in the photocatalytic reaction and investigate the recyclability and the potential of CdIn2S4/visible system for practical applications in treatment of environmental water samples. To scrutinize the mechanistic details of the BPA photodegradation, the intermediates of the process are separated, identified, and characterized by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The photocatalytic degradation rate of BPA is found to increase with CdIn2S4 dosage. The photodegradation is much more efficient under acidic conditions (pH 3~6) and decreases with increasing pH. In addition, the presence of inorganic anions decreases the photocatalytic degradation rate of BPA slightly. Although the photocatalytic degradation rate of BPA in river water is not as good as in deionized water, the BPA can also be degraded more than 80% after 24hr of irradiation, so the CdIn2S4 photocatalyst can be practically applied to the natural environment water sample. 張益國 LU,CHUNG-SHIN 張益國 CHANG,YI-KUO 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW
