Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 107 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to understood the current situation of preschool educators' job stress and strategies coping, and to did the data analysis by used the techniques of Hedges and Olkin's (1985). A total of 111 research papers on “Job Stress” and“Stress Coping”, used the combined weighted average effect of the Meta-analysis (CMA) version 3.0 software designed by Borenstein, Hedges, Higgins and Rothstein, homogeneity testing, publication bias testing and categories Pattern analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1.Most preschool educators' job stress is roughly from low to medium, and only the stress of job feedback is about middle and going upward. 2.The result of Preschool educator's job stress response strategy is highly positive. 3.Married rate is the main mediation variable that affects job stress. The impact level includes workload, interpersonal relationship and class teaching. 4.Mediation of job stress response strategy including recycling ratio and available ratio affects seeking support, and married rates affect rational thinking. Finally, based on the above results of the study, relevant suggestions are proposed for future research. Keywords:Preschool educators, Job Stress , Stress coping ,Meta-Analysis
