Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 107 === This study explores the impact of the quasi-public policy on early childhood education .Using the questionnaire survey method ,the research tool is self-edited“ Nantou County Early Childhood Education Quasi-Public Policy Satisfaction Scale” The research subjects were the heads、directors、education staff and parents of private kindergartens in Nantou County. They randomly sampled 34 private kindergartens, sent 340 questionnaires and collected 319 valid questionnaires. The recovery rate was 94%.This study used date analysis using narrative statistics、t-tests、and single-factor variance analysis. Nantou County’s early childhood education is aimed at the public policy, and the current situation of policy influence and policy implementation is generally satisfactory. In terms of policy influence, it is most recognized to alleviate the parental of parents; in terms of policy implementation, it is most recognized for the full subsidy for vulnerable families .Among them ,the policy impact satisfaction is better than the policy implementation satisfaction. Due to the age、education、current status、school size, and kindergarten tuition fees of the subjects, there were different opinions, and other variations did not reach significant differences. III Based on the analysis, put forward feasible suggestions as a reference for policy revision and future research.
