However, the members of the National Army organization come from different growth environments in the society, all of which have different ages, seniority, education and entry objectives and motivations. In the face of the relatively closed and conservative characteristics of the military, the individual is satisfied with the overall work and self-expectation. In practice, the degree of response is also different, which also affects the career planning after the expiration of the future service period. In addition to the policy to continuously improve the welfare of volunteers and officers, the Ministry of National Defense should improve the salary satisfaction. The grassroots units should guide the cadres to establish a good organizational culture, promote the overall work of the officers and men, enhance the willingness of officers and men to stay, and strive to target The individual traits of the officers and men are coordinated to further lead the subordinates, effectively unite the team spirit and achieve the goal of quality human growth. In order to understand what factors will affect the willingness of volunteer officers and soldiers to stay in the battalion, on the one hand, the collection of relevant research literature to carry out the discussion, on the other hand, the in-depth interview method, instead of the past quantitative research, jump out of the existing questionnaire framework, through one-on-one conversations with the interviewees, more in-depth understanding of the real impact on the willingness to stay in the camp, The interviewees carried out empirical research on the volunteer officers and soldiers of an army unit in the northern region, and finally summarized, analyzed and collated the results of the interview, and summarized the important research conclusions and suggestions for the unit''s reference and application.
