Nevertheless, recent numerous news reports have stated that residential disturbance stimulated criminal incidents, resulting primarily from emotional mismanagement. Towards this, research focuses on factors stimulating disturbance within housing and living environments and factors leading to extreme resident behavior. Methodology utilized questionnaire, interviews and field visits. Focus is a graduate student, stimulating neighbor disturbance and empirical evidence, therein. From Pivot Analysis we formulated a dataset. Proceeding we utilized Factor Analysis of Multivariate Methods to discuss the residents living, context awareness and perception of their, Residential areas change over time, Residential disturbance, Neighbor disturbance, Interference stimulant, Soundproofing efficiency, Sensory perception, Extreme behavior, and sub-questions to assess interviewees level of acknowledgement. From empirical analysis a large proportion of interviewee’s consider their residential disturbance is based on individual sentiments. The distance between the houses, the units size and soundproofing does not matter. In contrast, questionnaire analysis results show residential disturbance as a major factor stimulating resident extreme behavior, according to the interview results. The results showed that: 1.Multivariate Methods analysis concerning "Residential disturbance perception" and "soundproofing efficiency" show a high level of correlation towards architecture followed by "residential areas change". With the exception of "neighbor disturbance", the results display a notable divergence. 2.Multivariate Methods analysis results show that residents identifying with "neighbor disturbance" are the lowest. From the questionnaire analysis results, residents identifying with neighbor disturbance correlation shows discrepancy. 3.According to the brief answer interview and Multivariate Methods analysis, both of them have the function of stimulating extreme behaviors. 4.Resident’s disposition, facing residential disturbance as either introverts or extroverts shows no distinct difference.
