The research covers samples of the listed companies in Taiwan from 2013 to 2017, as well regard corporate social responsibility and firm performance as explanatory variable, expecting firms engage in CSR will improve firm performance. The results show that enterprises engage in CSR can improve firm performance, and compared with non-family firms, the higher performance of CSR in family firms, the better firms performance it effectively improve.
