In the process of collecting, analyzing and discussing information, questionnaires, various analytical methods as well as related literatures were used. 419 questionnaires were distributed to the public and 385 effective answers were returned. Methods for information analysis include descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and cross-analysis verification. The results of this research are shown below: 1.The majority of the visitors who came to Daan Forest Park for a leisure time will stay 1~2 hours, most of them came with two to three companions. They came primarily with public transportation such as subway. They came to The Daan Forest Park mainly for the fresh air and green environment, walking, exercising and socializing, all these activities are mainly personal recreation. Many people take the advantage of weekends and holidays to come here for various recreation activities. 2. Based on the factor analysis, the number of the questionnaires regarding the service quality are reduced to two subjective areas, namely,「physical facilities」and 「responsiveness」; in the meantime the number of the questionnaires regarding the customer satisfaction are reduced to three subjective areas, namely,「cleanliness of environmental facilities」, 「facility planning」and 「convenience」.
