Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 107 === This study aims to explore the relationship between Positive personality traits and job satisfaction and job performance of financial and insurance business personnel.It is expected that the field business personnel of the units affiliated to the Transglobe Life central region will be the target of the study.Th rough the literature, the framework of this research was developed, and various research hypotheses were drawn up, and then the research methods adopted in this study were discussed. I hope that some research results can be put forward and provide reference for the financial and insurance industry and management personnel. The relationship between Positive personality traits and job satisfaction and job performance is the main research of this study. The main research purposes are as follows: 1. Discuss the Positive characteristics of business personnel and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. 2. Discuss the relationship between different demographic variables and job satisfaction and job performance. Based on the research motivation and research structure, this study uses evidence from questionnaires to prove whether the following hypotheses are established through scientific statistics: Hypothesis 1: Positive traits are significantly associated with job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: Positive traits are significantly associated with job performance. Hypothesis 3: Demographic variables have a significant correlation with job satisfaction. Hypothesis 4: Demographic variables have a significant correlation with job performance. The empirical results of this study are as follows: Positive traits are partially related to job satisfaction. Positive traits are partially related to job performance. Different personal attributes are related to the relevance of job satisfaction to job performance. This study provides a reference for the recruitment of talents by financial and insurance companies based on the above analysis results, and provides reference and suggestions for follow-up researchers.
